This is a subscription based service that is provided to Responders. Responders are the service providers, organizations, and companies that respond to emergencies - and provide services to their members or the general population.

Responders - call centers, front desks, dispatchers, eg - will register and subscribe to our system.

Alerts will come in, they may respond by calling/sending messages. They are provided a portal (or their SmartPhone) with which they will receive the Alerts and/or Reports, then, connect with the sender, or connect the sender with the service providers in the area to dispatch emergency or relevant service to the scene.

They can track the Alerts/Reports to see if someone responded, ensuring that help was dispatched. If one has not, they can then forward to another person or department.
