Howard Zemenkhu James, is the CTO and Director for Merita Technologies. Mr. James is a Senior Software Architect Consultant from Jamaica via the USA, with over 30 years experience in the IT industry. This includes extensive experience being in Software Development for most of those years.

Very early in his career Mr. James, as owner of Precision Data Computer Services, undertook a successful telecom engineering project to create a video-conference booth for AT&T Latin America Division, which was launched successfully in Mexico. The knowledge gained in telecom from successfully completing that project, featuring Touch-Screen and Smart-Card Technology (in the ‘90s), led to providing customized solutions for various telecom companies in India, Jamaica(Digicel), Chile, Dominican Republic, Haiti(UniBank), and USA – setting him on his career path in technology.
