Laurell Fletcher-Gayle
Over the past 20 years, Laurell has accumulated a broad set of expertise across multiple disciplines, including administration, customer relationship management, program management, financial management and project management. Her competencies include economic development, program development, strategic planning, team building and human resource development.
She has chaired, participated in, and held executive leadership roles on committees of various organizations including World Bank Working Group, Planning Institute of Jamaica, Caribbean Integrated Network for Rural Development, Caribbean Policy Development Center, Environmental Foundation of Jamaica (Management Committee), and Canada Green Fund. She is fluent in Spanish, French, and historically conversant in German and Hebrew.
